7Zaproponowany podział na dobre i złe boty jest tutaj arbitralny, ponieważ raport ten jest skierowany przede wszystkim do firm, które w ramach swojej działalności internetowej i zarządzania bezpieczeństwem muszą zadbać o bot managment. Z tej perspektywy „dobre boty” realizują społecznie lub komercyjnie użyteczne zadania, takie jak indeksowanie treści dla wyszukiwarek, monitorowanie wydajności stron czy automatyzacja obsługi klienta przez wdrażanie AI agentów. Działania takich botów są zazwyczaj jawne, zgodne z wytycznymi (np. plik robots.txt zawierający dyrektywy określające, do jakich stron witryny oprogramowanie może uzyskać dostęp) i służą optymalizacji. Niemniej jednak, jak każde boty, zakłócają one analitykę webową, zawyżając statystyki ruchu, co może prowadzić do zniekształceń w danych marketingowych, ale też generować zwiększone koszty dla mniejszych witryn.

Patryk Ciesielczyk

obtained his MA in Cultural Studies – Texts of Culture and Literary Criticism. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Arts Studies at the Jagiellonian University’s Doctoral School in the Humanities. He is interested in speculative realism and the philosophy of accelerationism. His research is focused on internet archaeology and subversive application of generative ai.
