Maria Sobczyk
is an MA Art History student at the Institute of Art History, University of Warsaw. Her undergraduate dissertation, defended at the Faculty of Journalism, Information and Book Studies, University of Warsaw, discussed the work of Władysław Strzemiński as an example of avant‑garde typography. Her academic interests include 20th‑century Polish art with emphasis on the interwar period and the Polish People’s Republic, art theory, aesthetics and applied art – book art.
